Students

To qualify for financial assistance through the NoteWorthy Kids program students must:

  • be between the age of six and 18.
  • live or attend school in Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, MN or Superior, WI.
  • submit an application describing your musical need.
  • submit an application that demonstrates financial need (As a general guideline, students who qualify for free or reduced lunches also qualify for NoteWorthy Kids).

Instructors

NoteWorthy Kids works with well qualified instructors, many of whom are members of the Minnesota Music Teachers Association (MMTA), Wisconsin Music Teachers Association (WMTA) and the local Arrowhead Music Teacher’s Association (AMTA). To be eligible for the NoteWorthy Kids reimbursement program every instructor must submit an application detailing their credentials and undergo a criminal background check.
